Danni (Gayville Daniella, (Hip score 4:3, Elbows 0:0, DNA tested clear for DM and MDR1 and AF risk Allele) has been mated to Kesyra Quino (Hip score 6:4, Elbows 0:0, Haemophilia A clear, DNA tested clear for DM, MDR1 and JRD). DNA tests for Anal Furunculosis.

Three of my dogs have been tested for the DRB*00101 allele which is known to cause susceptibility to Anal Furunculosis (AF). Voko, Xambi and Danni have all tested clear of the risk allele. I will continue testing my other breeding dogs in 2012.

Three of my dogs have been tested for the DRB*00101 allele which is known to cause susceptibility to Anal Furunculosis (AF).

Voko, Xambi and Danni have all tested clear of the risk allele.

I will continue testing my other breeding dogs in 2012.

We have been lucky enough to have Gayville's Logo (known as Hugo) join us here at Kesyra. He is by Sieger VA1 BSZS 2011 Remo vom Fichtenschlag and Champion Varina vom Gayville. He is a very confident pup and is settling in very well. Many thanks to Joan, David and Sam Hall.

Xambi wins at Heads of the Valleys Championship Show

I was thrilled when Xambi won a strong Post Graduate Bitch Class under SV judge Herr Wilfred Scheld and over the moon when she went on to win the Reserve CC. Many thanks to John ward for his excellent handling and to my friend Bridget for all her help at the show.

Voko (Conbhairean Wotan) has tested clear for Degenerative Myelopathy (DM), Multi Drug Resistance (MDR1), Pituitary Dwarfism (PD) and Juvenile Renal Dysplasia (JRD). Voko is the first of my dogs to undergo such tests. It is my aim during 2011and 2012 to continue various DNA tests on my breeding animals, to hopefully help to reduce some of the health problems which occur within the breed in the future. Further test results received as follows: Basko (Kesyra Quino) has tested clear for Degenerative Myelopathy (DM), Multi Drug Resistance (MDR1) and Juvenile Renal Dysplasia (JRD).
