Dear Katrina
Hope you are well.
I just wanted to share with you... Today at our local park was a small event with police vans and cars for the children to check out.
Also a fire engine. However it was Hector who stole the show. I found myself surrounded by police all falling over themselves to see Hector. They asked where he was from as he didn't look like a regular pet as he was in such good shape, lean, a beautiful coat and alert. My children were so proud and I must have been beaming!
Hector is so good.
You do breed wonderful dogs.
Lots of love
Sue xx

November 2011

Take a couple of weeks ago, another picture to follow.

He is the gentlest most responsive dog you could wish for, he loves everyone, all other dogs and animals too. Wonderful with children, and loves the sheep! A great credit to you and we will bring him to visit sometime next year! Paul retires in a couple of weeks, so we will have more time for trips.

Deefa is a great dog, he has just been with Lily to stay with the lady who looks after the when we are away she home boards up to six at a time and he has had a ball. He is the gentlest most affectionate dog we could have wished for. Obedient too which is always good. No bother with any sort of livestock, just walks through all the sheep in our fields and totally ignores the chickens. We couldn't have asked for a better dog and he is a credit to you and your breeding. Paul took him for a couple of test runs on the agility course at one of the local agricultural shows and he loved it, so he is hoping to do more with him over the winter.
Hope you and all the Kesyra clan are doing well. Will send some more pics. when I get organised.

Paul and Julia and Deefa and Lily too

Hi Katrina,
Here are some pictures of Deefa taken this weekend in the field with Lily. He is still as handsome and lovely as ever. Much admired by everyone he meets. Particularly one of the dog handlers from the local police!!
Regards
Paul and Julia

Hi Katrina

Deefa is being brilliant, loves Lily and she is really good with him. Likes walking on his lead, and isn't bothered by anything. Paul started up the chain saw this morning and he just sat and looked, then he had his gun out and he wasn't bothered by that either. This afternoon we took him to listen to some motorbikes! Hawes is a mecca for older motorcyclists on nice weekends - we usually avoid going into the village, but thought he out to meet them, not bothered again. Has met a lot of children too in Richmond on Saturday.
He is really perfect and we are SO pleased with him. Can't believe he has only been here a week. No accidents in the house for two days either and clean and dry at night too. I am sure all this perfection won't last but is fine if it does!

Deefa helping with the gardening this weekend. As you can see he is a great help! He starts his training classes, the KC puppy foundation course next week. He is really very good, now house trained with no problem at all. Sits nicely when asked, and walks nicely on the lead most of the time.

Hi Katrina,
Just a quick update on Nushka. She has settled in really well and we love having her around the place. The weather has been so awful that I have not taken many pictures of her. I have attached a photo of her chilling in the house.
Nushka was spayed a week last Monday. She has had the stitches removed and is in good form. Nushka has an abundance of toys that she can play with, and at times she gets them all out to play with. Then doesn't know which one to play with next.
When I am able to take some really nice pictures I shall email them to you.
Regards
Stu

Nushka (Kesyra Witney) is sister to Deefa above

Hi Katrina
Hope you're well and enjoying the warm weather.
I forgot to let you know that Hector passed his bronze good citizen award on 20 April! Only 2 out of the 4 dogs passed. We are now working towards silver......
He's a wonderful dog. I'm getting better at handling him and feel we are learning to understand each other. I feel a lot more confident with him now than when he was a pup. Reading about how to train your dog and actually doing it are two very different things!
I was not tough enough with him when he was tiny - but now .. No nonsense!! we're getting there!
The last 6 months have been a big learning curve for both of us, and I am looking forward to what lies ahead.
Thanks for letting me have him - he's truly wonderful.
Love Sue x

Our lovely Hector....

He put all the other puppies to shame at the puppy class! He outshone them on all tasks!
Now we are looking for some more classes to attend - he is so keen and willing....
Look forward to seeing you,

Hi Katrina

Just thought I would drop you a quick note to say Hello and to share with you that Del-Boy is still the 'bestest' boy in the world!!

We have been enjoying training and gone through beginners and intermediate and are now in the advanced class; he is so attentive, intelligent and enthusiastic!

We have progressed quite quickly and are now training off the lead, walking to heel and then going far too quickly (for me!) through the weaving poles - over the see-saw in the down then across the ramp onto the table-top (calf high!) for a quick stay and then through the tunnel to finish!

He has been a great travel companion too; we've been all over the place this summer with my nephews and the camper  he is great with the kids and loves swimming and a game of hide and seek in the sand-dunes.

I don't know if it is me but I am sure he is always smiling; bit like I have been since March!!

Del-Boy is truly excellent Katrina.

We couldn't be happier and could never thank you enough!

Cant wait for the day that a Rodney or Raquel joins our pack!!

Lots of Love

Jax & Mummy Sue! xx

'Del-Boy' is also brother to my own Lotti

Dear Katrina,

I just thought you might like a quick update of how Quexi is, here is a photo taken recently, also few of when she was younger.

Quexi is a lovely girl, very calm & friendly, her tail never stops wagging. I could not wish for more, as she is a beautiful rich sable, very shapely, lovely expression, wonderful temperament.

I gave you a list of what I would have liked jokingly, but cannot believe my luck that Quexi actually does have it all!!

Our walks are a joy as she never pulls, she is very well behaved.

Although I haven't got a photo to show you yet, Quexi is excellent with my horse, cows, chickens, guinea fowl & ducks.

She is a lovely addition to our family; I must thank you so much for letting me have her.
